About Anne Dilenschneider

My intention is to come alongside you at this point in your life journey. We will work together to affirm your strengths and identify your challenges. In that process, we will find ways to support your growth into the unique human being you are created to be. My areas of interest and training are all related to developing greater integrity between who we are and how we live our daily lives. These include: finding new life after betrayal/trauma, assessing and treating ADHD and Asperger's, and exploring issues of sexuality and gender identity.I completed a post-doctoral clinical psychology residency focused on the assessment and treatment of ADHD and related conditions (Asperger's, etc.). I also have a decade of specialized training in trauma treatment and recovery, as well as over two decades of experience accompanying those with gender identity issues.Our goal at Journey Counseling Services is to provide a safe and confidential environment where you can discover your resilience and embrace your life journey with confidence.
